Alberto was born in Rome 53 years ago he was in Philadelphia for work more than one year where Alberto learn english.
After the high school Alberto became one of the collaborator for the most famous Hotels and limousines company.
Now after 25 years still Alberto collaborates with some of them and he drives personally the visitors in Rome and in all Italy more he organizes the others collaborators in his own company.
Congratulations on a great win in the football, we were thinking of you last night while it was happening and wondering how crazy the whole place would have been going. It would have been great to be there.

Wanted to let you know that we all are safely back home in Alabama.
Thank you so very much for all you did to make our trip to Italy so special. We would never have seen so much without your expert knowledge of the area and getting us all there at the right time. Our trip to Pompeii and down the Amalfi coast was awesome, as was the day we spent on the way to Florence. We would not have wanted to miss any of it. The tour of churches and all the other sights in Rome was great too. You and Max were very patient with all of us and excellent drivers. It is all like a dream now, but luckily we have lots of photos to remind us of everything.
We enjoyed our time in Florence, then Bill and I went on to Venice after the kids went home. The weather remained beautiful and we felt very fortunate. The kids have talked to a couple of friends who may be cruising in that area and they are going to give them your name as an excellent and dependable guide. I am very glad that I found you and appreciate all you did for us. Hope you are well.

We made it home safe and sound after a wonderful 17 day cruise and three days in New Orleans. I just want to thank you for a fantastic Rome adventure. Judy and I can't stop talking about the wonderful three days we spent with you in Rome. It was great. If any of your prospective clients need a reference, feel free to have them e-mail me.
I talked to my sister and they would like to engage you for the time they will be in Rome. She probably will book tours similar to what we did. They will be in Rome August 12, 13, 14 and 15th. She will be here in Phoenix on Jan. 5th for a few days and I will give her more details on your tours. If you could pencil her in for those four days, that would be great. We had too much fun. What an experience the cruise was. When we lft you in Rome we sailed to Naples, spent many hours in Pompeii but did not get to Amalfi Coast. That just means I have to come back one day The coins in the Trevi will insure that. By the way, the Italian bachelor has made his selection and our cousin is one of the two finalists. Her name is Jennifer. Hey, maybe we'll come back to Italy for a wedding!!!!!!.Venice was incredible but a bit cold. Hope you haven't had any more incidents with tour buses. Dear Alberto,
Do hope that by now you are feeling much better and that your injuries from the accident have improved. We were so sorry that you were in pain last week and had to come to Sorrento for us.
Thank you for all your assistance during our stay in Italy we appreciate very much all that you did for us, the lovely trips to and from Sorrento, the wonderful Dinner and the fabulous Night Tour. All great.
It was also so lovely to meet Mariska (I guess I have the spelling wrong) we really enjoyed being with her and hope that she is well.
I have the beautiful crochet cloth she gave me on my table and it looks lovely. It makes me think of both of you and Italy.
It is awful weather here at the moment, horrible winds and when my plane was coming in on Wednesday it was just horrific, the worst red dust storm that I have ever seen, I thought that we had landed in hell. It was quite unbelievable.

I just wanted to write a short note to thank you for the time you spent with Terri and me last month. We so enjoyed our trip to Italy and you certainly helped to make our time there a highlight! The day to Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast was an absolute treat...so incredibly beautiful.
It was a real disappointment not being able to see Pompeii at the beginning of the day as planned due to the unexpected strike there. But what was so great was that you immediately pulled out Plan B and we were on our way to see and taste the Amalfi Coast towns. You really were able to create a new itinerary based on circumstances beyond your control on the fly. The restaurant you suggested was wonderful and the scenery certainly added to how yummy the lunch was.
A special thank you for extending your time with us. It certainly was nice to still be able to see some of Pompeii on the way back to Rome. It was not expected, but was truly appreciated.
Again, Alberto, a HUGE thank you! If any of my other friends come to Rome, you can be sure I will give them your contact information as well.

On the inaugural cruise of the Norwegian Gem we had the opportunity to visit 3 ports in Italy (Naples, Civitavecchia, and Livorno). Traveling with my elderly parents and wife, I compared the excursions offered by NCL and numerous private companies to find the tours that would provide comfortable accommodations for my parents as well as provide me with the best dollar value. After evaluating numerous companies, I chose Unforgettable Tuscany for all three of our port visits. We were met at the ships gangway in each port by a very courteous representative who chauffeured us around in newer, well maintained vehicles (8 passenger mini vans). It would be too long to point out all of the highlights of our tours but I do want to mention each of the drivers.
In Naples/Pompeii/Amalfi area our driver was Sergio who went out of his way to show us points of interest along our journey. His enjoyment at his job really showed and he is to be commended for his knowledge and his ability to keep us captivated. His driving skills on the Amalfi Coast were great and it makes you really appreciate someone else behind the wheel.
In Rome we had Alberto for our driver. While he was not as talkative as Sergio, he did answer every question we had and once inside the city he offered up a wealth of information. His knowledge of side streets and shortcuts allowed us to get to each site in short time with very little walking.
On our trip to Pisa and Florence we had Andreas (Andy). His guidance thru these cities was the high point of Italy. His wealth of knowledge, his English, his personal attention to detail, and his enjoyment of his job made this trip the best. With my parents being somewhat disabled, he took extra steps to assist them to avoid waiting in lines and driving us close to sites to make the walk easier.
For anyone taking a cruise where city excursions are offered by the ship, I would highly recommend using Unforgettable Tuscany as an alternative. In the end, we were able to see much more than the ship excursions offered, had personal attention from our driver, and did not have to contend with large groups of people. Comparing costs for all three port visits to that which the ship would have charged me, I saved over $600 (USD). Less money, better travel, and more attention wins every time.
